So, let’s start (writing) again

Source of Happiness

Like a friend’s tweet, “The existence of you increasing my serotonin,” – and my endorphin.

Even though actually one should define their own happiness, I agree with the saying to see someone you’re into can make you happy.

If to be loved is a gift, so is to love, i suppose?

Even though you cannot choose whom your heart will fall into…

At the same time happiness comes, a-kind-of fear comes along.

Why is that……………….

For this unknown feeling you’re scared of, remember that anything you’re scared of isn’t actually (that) scary.

As people said, why don’t enjoy it while it lasts…?

Thanks to masa add-drop, masih bisa cabut (?) Di minggu ke lima, ada tiga kelas yang diberikan: Design Thinking (cont’d), Go to Market, Intro to Marketing, dan Financial. Continue reading

Life will break you. Nobody can protect you from that, and living alone won’t either, for solitude will also break you with its yearning. You have to love. You have to feel. It is the reason you are here on earth. You are here to risk your heart. You are here to be swallowed up. And when it happens that you are broken, or betrayed, or left, or hurt, or death brushes near, let yourself sit by an apple tree and listen to the apples falling all around you in heaps, wasting their sweetness. Tell yourself you tasted as many as you could

BADR Shortcourse X Internship: Week 4 + Last Week of Holiday

Finally, we come to this week. Finally, I’ll meet you soon. So, what’s happened on this week?

Monday

We started to introduce Verivy to our peers via instant messaging, verifying that there will be bunch of people eager to be tester.

Tuesday

I went to LPDP Edu Fair. Sarah couldn’t make it, so there were only me, Sum, Fath, Tiw. We planned to meet at 9.30 (St. UI), but turned out to be 11.30 (Sawah Besar). It took 2 hours to get into the hall (we were queuing for two hours). What I got from going there is some thoughts, and considerations (beside some colleges I might apply later).

These are them

  • Don’t be a deadliner, you see the crowds and it is likely possible to make the website down
  • I need to improve my English. Really.
  • Which part of me that is better than the others? Have I become one who deserves an award?
  • Should I really try this? Do I really want this?
  • Interested is not sufficient, should find such a strong reason.

(Not So) BADR ShortCourse x Internship: Week 3

I didn’t spend Monday & Tuesday at the office since the people were going for outing.

Since I still had responsibility for my organization, I spent my Monday to Tuesday at campus. I also had to process some document for my dream, wish me all the best!

For Wednesday, there was lecture from Kak Jay about investment in startup industry. Kak Jay delivered soooo much information, I couldn’t manage to get them all. In short, it is hard to built a centaur, even less a unicorn.

For Thursday, we were invited to join Kak Fahry’s workshop about design thinking. What made us excited was the place, which was at Hotel Bumi Wiyata. What a sense of mahasiswa-kosan/kere :”. We were assigned to assist founders of social business in SEA DD program. I got a chance to sit beside Kak Alfi, she’s still a college student! Her business, ebibag – an environmental business which has a vision to empower mothers (esp widows) in aside Jakarta. Sadly, we only had a short time.

For Friday, I discovered some analytic tools, but I haven’t tried it. It is interesting, indeed. I think I’m gonna love it.

For Saturday and Sunday, I likely had some good moments. Continue reading
